Worldwide Opportunities

Sign up for the Lift & Move Newsletter [insert link] for a chance to win cash prizes. If students register in advance, they should print the email confirmation they receive to exchange for a raffle ticket. There will also be an opportunity to register on site. The newsletter is distributed quarterly and contains information about careers and scholarships.

Prepare to participate in optional mock interviews. Sample questions include:

  • What are your plans after graduation?
  • Where do you see yourself in five years?
  • What's your favorite subject in school and why?
  • How has your education and/or work experience prepared you for a career?
  • Are you currently enrolled in a technical education program? If so, tell me about the program and your academic goals.
  • Share an example where miscommunication caused a problem. How could the situation have been resolved?
  • What qualities make a good team?

Encourage participation. Students will have the chance to win prizes when they engage with a station representative, ask questions, or participate in an activity.
